Description

100 sheets of sublimation paper designed for heat transfer to ceramics, textiles, cloths, and fabrics. Note: Use with sublimation ink only!

What is sublimation paper?

Sublimation paper is the only paper on the market designed for heat transfer that is coated for printing on both sides and specifically made for dye-sublimation inkjet printing and transfers. It’s ideal for transfers on both fabrics and hard surfaces like glass, mugs, plates, and other substrates.

Sublimation paper has a short drying time and minimum ink-bleed for high color intensities.

Sublimation paper does not work for 100% cotton fabrics, and it works best on light-colored materials.

Can you use sublimation paper in any printer?

A3 sublimation paper is suitable for most printers that use piezo heads and compatible with almost any aqueous dye-sub inks. It’s important that, when printing your image on sublimation paper, you print it as a mirror image.

This sublimation paper works with brands like Epson, Sawgrass, Canon, Ricoh, HP, etc., that use sublimation ink.

What kind of paper do you need for sublimation?

Sublimation paper is the only kind of paper that will work for sublimation printing. Do not use others (like iron-on heat transfer paper) for sublimation printing.

What’s the difference between sublimation and transfer paper?

Sublimation paper and heat transfer paper serve two different purposes.

Sublimation paper is used for sublimation printing and can get applied to hard surfaces and fabrics that have a poly-coating.

Heat transfer paper is used to print images to transfer to fabrics. If you’re transferring to cotton fabric or to a dark-colored material, you’ll want to use heat transfer vinyl rather than sublimation paper.

Why Avance Vinyl?

“I didn't want to go overboard with toys for my little one since they really don't need much so this was a great purchase. My baby has been using the mat for a few weeks now and I can say that he hasn’t gotten bored of it yet! He loves playing with it laying down and will turn from his back to his tummy and stare at the mat or if he lands just right. I even drug it with me into the living room so I could make dinner. You can easily add different hanging items to make sure your kid doesn't get bored, the stuff that comes with The Complete Kit is great.”
